Plan and priorities
We propose a work plan with ranked hypotheses, measurable outputs, and go/no-go criteria. You get a scope you can share internally, with room to reprioritize as data lands.
Execute and document
Synthesis, design, and analysis run with lab notebooks, controlled protocols, and versioned data packages where applicable. Rework costs less when the trail is clear.
Debrief and handoff
We summarize what worked, what did not, and what we would do next. If you are coordinating CROs or a larger team, we can package handoff-ready materials to reduce friction.
Partnerships and confidentiality
Most engagements start with a mutual NDA. Work product and IP terms are set out in a statement of work or collaboration agreement, tailored to your legal and business requirements.
